--Terms of Service!--* I can only work a few hours a day, so my turnaround time may be a few weeks if not a little longer; If your commission does not have a deadline, please be patient! Some of my work has close deadlines and require them to be a priority! If you would like priority, let me know!* I do not work on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday!* I send work-in-progress images as frequently as possible (and upon request). If I am taking a long time or have not sent you an update for a while PLEASE contact me and let me know! I have issues with my memory sometimes and may have forgotten to send a WIP!* Major changes (pose, character, setting) to the commission are only allowed during the sketching phase.* The max number of changes you can make during the sketching phase is three; After that, you will be charged an additional $5 fee for every change afterward to compensate labour.* No major changes can be made after the commission is complete.* Minor changes (small colour or marking errors) can be fixed three days after the commission is complete.* Refunds are only available during the sketching period.* Any commission $300 or higher can be paid in two payments; Half before starting and half upon completion.* My signature must remain in the image! An additional watermark will be added upon request. (full grid, commissioner/owner name, etc.)* My work is not allowed to be used to make money without my permission or knowledge! Selling merch (shirts, posters, keychains, etc.) of my work without consulting me is a violation.* Getting a tattoo of my work without permission or compensation is a breach of TOS and will be considered theft!* I absolutely DO NOT consent to any of my work NOW OR EVER to be used in cryptocurrency-based transactions (NFTS, Ect). IF YOU INTEND TO TURN YOUR COMMISSION INTO AN NFT YOU ARE BREAKING MY TOS. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. THIS INCLUDES ANY FORM OF BLOCKCHAIN!* MY ART (commission or otherwise) IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN ANY AI (artificial intelligence) BOTS OF ANY KIND; THIS INCLUDES TRAINING THEM OR INPUTTING THEM FOR FUN!! THIS IS A BREACH OF BOTH PRIVACY AND MY OWN TOS!* If your character does not have any example art, dress-up games or character creation apps work just as well! If you want me to work off a text description only you will be charged an additional $5 for labour as it takes more time.* Stick figure drawings to help me understand the pose you want are allowed and very much encouraged!* You are not allowed to use my blank YCH sketches as bases! That isn't what they are for and is in fact art theft.* If you buy an adopt from me PLEASE do not resell it within 72 hours (three days) and unless it has more art, only resell it for what you originally bought it as.* DO NOT HEAVILY CHANGE THE DESIGN OF THE ADOPTS YOU BUY FROM ME!! Small changes are allowed, but changing key-design features to where it is unrecognizable as the adopt you originally bought is not allowed!* For business cards: Please be aware I am NOT a print shop; I CANNOT PRINT YOUR CARDS! I am only the graphic designer, I can only create the graphic for the card!

Sketch commissions are usually smaller, have messy sketch lines and basic semi-messy colouring! Sketches do not include shading or backgrounds!

Vroid is super fun for my to play around with but results may vary depending on what you ask for -- I'm always willing to try, so you don't have to pay until it's finished, then you'll receive the file!

  • $50 - Advanced Characters (simple designs but with more complex hair or accessories like hats)

  • $100 - Complex Characters (difficult designs with body patters, difficult shapes, more complex hair and accessories like antennas)
